Terms & Conditions of Use and Sale

Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing pharmtodoor.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any product or service from Pharm-to-Door™ by Multi-Farma Inc. (“Pharm-to-Door,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Multi-Farma Inc., is a Puerto Rico corporation, operating the mail-service pharmacy “Pharm-to-Door™”.

Pharm-to-Door operates solely as a licensed pharmacy, not a marketplace or PBM. Products are dispensed and shipped from our Puerto Rico facility.
We have applied for (or intend to pursue) URAC Mail-Service Pharmacy accreditation; accreditation has not yet been granted.
Geographic Scope & Eligibility
We ship only to addresses located within Puerto Rico (P.O. Boxes included).
Customers or prescribers located in the U.S. mainland may place orders provided the shipping address is in Puerto Rico. We do not ship outside Puerto Rico.
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
Prescription Requirements
Valid Prescription. Each medication order must be supported by a prescription from a prescriber licensed in Puerto Rico or any U.S. jurisdiction.

Encrypted online form hosted by Paubox®
- HIPAA-secure encrypted email to patients@pharmtodoor.com
- E-prescribing directly to Multi-Farma Inc. networks (SureScripts, etc.)

Generic Substitution. We dispense AB-rated generics only when the prescriber allows substitution.
Controlled Substances. Shipped signature-required unless you have a Release-of-Signature waiver on file.
Collaborative Practice. We do not initiate or modify therapy under a pharmacist–physician collaborative agreement at this time.
Pricing, Payment & Insurance
Payment methods: ATH Móvil, major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other options offered via Stripe®.
- Insurance: We bill commercial or government plans whenever coverage is available.
- Shipping Fees: Standard USPS shipping is flat $5, $10, $15, or $20, based on package weight (shown on your quote before payment).
- Price Changes. If your insurer’s adjudicated price changes after you place an order, we cancel the order and send a new quote for your approval.

Returns |
Prescription drugs are non-returnable. Unopened OTC items shipped in error may be returned within 15 days; contact us for an RMA. |
Communications & E-Sign Consent
By using the Site, you consent to receive transactional email regarding your orders.
We may later offer SMS alerts or marketing texts; if so, we will obtain your express written consent and provide opt-out instructions.
Clicking “I Agree,” placing an order, or signing electronically constitutes your legal electronic signature under E-SIGN.
User Conduct
Site content is for personal, non-commercial use; resale or diversion is prohibited.
No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access.
Misuse—e.g., false prescriptions, unauthorized third-party orders, or abusive behavior—may lead to immediate account termination and order cancellation.
Intellectual Property
All Site content—including Pharm-to-Door™, Multi-Farma®, La farmacia de la Plaza, our logos, images, videos, and team likenesses—is owned by Multi-Farma Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is forbidden.
Privacy & Security
Your use of the Site is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Website Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.
We use Paubox® encryption for all forms and emails to protect PHI.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of any suspected breach.
Not Medical Advice. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multi-Farma Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- Arbitration. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
- Class-Action Waiver. You and we waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
- Fees. Arbitration fees are allocated per AAA Consumer Rules.
- Opt-Out. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by mailing a written notice to the address below.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The Last updated date reflects the latest revision.
Termination
We may cancel orders or suspend/terminate accounts for:
- Violating these Terms or applicable law
- Submitting fraudulent or altered prescriptions
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff
- Payment chargebacks or non-payment

Any activity that poses regulatory, safety, or reputational risk in our sole judgment
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including hurricanes, earthquakes, epidemics, protests, carrier disruptions, utility failures, cyber-attacks, or other supply-chain issues.

Ordering & Prescriptions
How do I send my prescription?
Upload an e-script file or a clear photo through our HIPAA-secure Paubox form, or email it to patients@pharmtodoor.com. You can also ask your prescriber to e-prescribe.

Do you accept handwritten prescriptions?
Yes! Just snap a well-lit photo and upload it. We verify every script before filling.
How fast will I get my co-pay quote?
Most quotes go out the same day—always within 48 hours (Mon–Sat). You’ll get an email with your exact out-of-pocket cost.
Can Pharm-to-Door call my doctor to fix an issue?
Yes, we can communicate directly with your provider if there’s a problem with your prescription. However, in some cases your involvement may be required.
Can I pay cash? (No insurance)
Yes! We accept out-of-pocket payments with a valid prescription. If you're enrolled in our Fidelity Program, you may also receive discounts on OTC products.
Insurance & Payments
Which insurance plans do you take?
Triple-S, MMM, MCS, First Medical, Humana, Plan Vital, and Medicare Part D. Don’t see yours? Ask—we’re adding networks all the time.
What payment methods are accepted?
ATH Móvil, major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other options offered via Stripe.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
A flat $5, $10, $15, or $20 based on your package requirements. The quote email will show the exact amount.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is filled, USPS First-Class or Priority Mail reaches most Puerto Rico addresses in 2–3 business days, P.O. Boxes included.
Do I have to sign for my package?
Only for controlled substances—unless you’ve signed our Release-of-Signature waiver. All other meds ship no signature required.
How are refrigerated meds packed?
We send them in a pre-chilled FedEx Cold Shipping box:
Holds 35 °F – 46 °F (2 °C – 8 °C) for up to 48 h.
Includes a temperature-indicator strip—email us if it shows warm.
Ships FedEx Priority Overnight; an extra cold-pack fee may apply (shown on your quote).
Inventory & Back Orders
What if you don’t stock my medication?
Usually, we receive out-of-stock items the next day. Some items are special-order. If that happens, we’ll email or call you: expect 3–7 extra business days while we source it. You can wait, substitute (with prescriber OK), or cancel for a full refund.
Returns, Errors & Lost Packages
My OTC item was wrong—can I return it?
Absolutely. Unopened OTC products shipped in error may be returned within 15 days; email support@pharmtodoor.com for a prepaid label.
My tracking shows “Delivered” but I can’t find the box.
Email us at support@pharmtodoor.com within 24 hours. We’ll open an investigation with USPS, track down the details, and keep you updated.

How quickly do you process refill authorizations?
We transmit renewal requests to the prescriber the same business day we receive them. As soon as the prescriber responds, we fill and ship—usually within 24 hours, but final timing depends on the prescriber’s response.
Is there a direct line for clinicians?
Yes—email providers@pharmtodoor.com or call us. A pharmacist will respond by the next business day.
Compliance & Privacy
Is my data really secure?
Yes. All uploads and emails run through Paubox end-to-end encryption, and we never share your information except to fill your prescription or as required by law.
