At Pharm-To-Door™, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. Because our products are health-related and safety is critical, please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.


1. Eligible Products for Return

  • Only unopened, sealed, and unused OTC products may be returned.

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Prescription medications (Rx).

  • Products past their expiration date.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@pharmtodoor.com or WhatsApp at 787-695-3015.

  • Please include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@pharmtodoor.com or WhatsApp at 787-695-3015.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.

  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
