At Pharm-To-Door™, we want your shopping experience to be flexible and stress-free. The following outlines our purchase options and cancellation guidelines for OTC products.


1. Purchase Options

  • One-Time Purchases:
    Customers may buy OTC products individually with no ongoing commitment.

  • Subscriptions (Auto-Refill):
    Select OTC products may be eligible for recurring deliveries (e.g., monthly supply).

    • Subscriptions are billed automatically to your saved payment method.

    • Discounts and free shipping may apply to subscription orders.

    • You may manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Pharm-To-Door™ account.


2. Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@pharmtodoor.com or via WhatsApp at 787-695-3015.

  • Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns.


3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will take effect starting with the next cycle.

  • Customers will receive a reminder email before each billing cycle to update or cancel their subscription.


4. Failed Payments

  • If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment up to 3 times.

  • If payment is not successful, the subscription will be placed on hold until updated billing information is provided.


5. Pharm-To-Door™ Rights

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect product pricing, regulatory restrictions, or other issues beyond our control.

  • Customers will be notified and fully refunded if Pharm-To-Door™ cancels an order.

⚠️ Note: This policy applies only to OTC and non-prescription products sold through our Shopify storefront. Prescription medication orders are governed by separate cancellation and handling rules under federal and Puerto Rico regulations.
