Pharm-To-Door™ Shipping Policy

At Pharm-To-Door™, we are committed to delivering your health essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within Puerto Rico.

  • We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Expedited Delivery: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is calculated when your prescription order is submitted. 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at contact@pharmtodoor.com or via WhatsApp at 787-695-3015 with photos of the package and items.

7. Restrictions

  • Prescription medications (Rx) are not eligible for shipment through this Shopify OTC storefront. Rx orders are handled separately through our HIPAA-compliant portal.

  • Some products (e.g., aerosols, liquids, or temperature-sensitive items) may have shipping restrictions due to carrier or safety regulations.
